President / Executive Director,  Richard Greiner 
Richard Greiner is a full time Chauffeur since 1987, and has been an active part of the Great Lakes Limousine Association, (GLLA) since its inception. His main focus has been in assisting the Michigan Department of Transportation, (M-Dot) in the elimination of illegal Limousine Operators. Mr. Greiner also works very closely with the Detroit Auto Dealers Association, and the City of Detroit Police Department in setting up Limousine Traffic flow plans for the “Charity Preview Night of the North American International Detroit Auto Show,” as well as securing a parking garage for the exclusive use of the GLLA. Richard is the Web Master, and in charge of all E-mail notifications of the Association. Mr. Greiner’s vision for the Association is to make some “Common Sense” changes to the current “Michigan Limousine Law,” and to have every Limousine Operator comply to the Law.  Limousine Digest’s Award Winner; 2003 “Chauffeur of the Year”, 2005 “Most Dedicated Association Leader”

Vice President, Jeff Pardonnet

Jeff Pardonnet joined Metro Cars in October of 2000 after more than a 20 year career in the emergency medical services (EMS) industry.  Jeff currently serves as the company’s Vice President / General Manager; with executive oversight of all corporate operations in southeast Michigan and Grand Rapids and a fleet in excess of 200 vehicles.  He became Metro Cars’ representative to the GLLA shortly after joining the company.  Jeff was elected to the GLLA Board of Directors in 2004 as the Sergeant of Arms and was appointed by the Board to his current position as Vice President in May of 2007.  Jeff also serves as the Chairman of the Airport Committee.
